You will not be able to workout after your appointment so please plan your exercises accordingly

If you are prone to cold sores please advise us prior to your appointment as you may be advised to take antiviral medications prior to your treatment

Avoid using retinols/retinoids, glycolic acid, AHAs or any anti-aging skin products for 2 days prior to your appointment
